What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone/WhatsApp number, shipment volume, and any message you provide. If you use Terminal IQ's product, we also process shipment, job, client, and communications data on your organization's behalf.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a demo. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third parties
We use the WhatsApp Business API to deliver shipment status notifications and (once live) power the WhatsApp assistant. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly site usage statistics.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Product data retention is governed by your organization's service agreement.
